Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Legasite is an AI-powered website generation platform that transforms existing website content into modern, professionally designed code. The Service includes:

• Content extraction and analysis from provided URLs
• AI-powered website code generation
• Template selection and customization
• Downloadable code packages

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

3. Payments and Credits

Pricing:

• Single Project: €89 for 1 credit
• 5-Project Bundle: €356 for 5 credits

Credit Usage:

• Each website generation consumes 1 credit
• Credits never expire and are non-transferable
• Credits are deducted when generation begins

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our AI-powered service and the computational resources consumed during generation:

• No refunds are provided once a generation has started
• Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase
• If generation fails due to a technical error on our end, you will receive a credit replacement

5. Intellectual Property

Generated Code:

Once a website is successfully generated and delivered, you own all rights to the generated code. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the generated code without restriction or attribution.

Source Content:

You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any content you provide to the Service, including URLs, text, images, and other materials. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper rights or permissions to the source content.

Service Content:

The Service, including its design, features, templates, and documentation, remains the property of VinkWeb S.à r.l. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service itself.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Create websites containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell access to the Service without authorization
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage

7. Service Availability and Quality

We strive to provide high-quality website generation, but due to the nature of AI-powered services:

• Generated output may vary in quality and may require manual adjustments
• Generation times may vary based on complexity and server load
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We do not guarantee that generated websites will meet specific requirements

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinkWeb S.à r.l. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Quality issues with generated code

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VinkWeb S.à r.l. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you provide to the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Any unused credits will be forfeited unless termination is by us without cause
• Previously generated code remains yours to use

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
